I’m a big fan of J. Crew’s creative director, Jenna Lyons. I find she has impeccable style, especially when it comes to fashion. Turns out, she’s also a genius at decorating a home. Lyons just sold her Park Slope, Brooklyn townhouse for $4 million (listed at $3.75 million), and let me tell you-it’s a stunner. It’s one of the most amazing homes I have ever seen. Every inch of this 4400 square foot home oozes style.
Love the chandelier and the ceilings
Another view of the living room. I love the mix of old and new.
I’d be happy with just the floors and the fireplace.
The garden is right outside the kitchen.
My husband could have a lot of fun with that stove (I’d be curled up in one of the furry chairs).
View of the back garden. It’s a big space for urbanites.
I really like the dark walls. They’re a great contrast to the fireplace. Also, look at the cool entrance to the en suite bathroom.
Lovely patio outside the bedroom.
I’m a sucker for a claw foot tub. The herringbone floor is very unique.
Another tastefully decorated bathroom.
Now, that’s an entryway. I could really get used to a place like this.
Media room with floating stairs.
The side entrance. The house dates back to the 1880’s.

In front of those fantastic windows.
I love this photo and the bathroom.
Well, a girl can dream. The only thing that could make this property better is if it was in Manhatten!

Wonderful!!! Very interesting. I, too, love those dark gray walls with the white woodwork. Love it but could never have the courage to do it. Great blog!
Wow! What a beautiful home!! Why on earth would she sell it? I love the dark walls, too! I just painted part of my front porch a color very close to it!
She’s selling it because she split from her hubby. What a shame-it’s fantastic!
