I’ve worn cut-off denim since I was a little girl in the 70′s. I usually prefer vintage Levis, but there are many, many other brands that offer the retro look with modern day appeal. So, what’s the allure of the cut-off? In my opinion, they are super versatile and super sexy. There’s something about a girl with a pair of low-slung cut-offs. It captures the all-American feel. She’s got tan gams, radiant skin, and beach worthy hair. And probably flip-flops on her feet (at least that’s how I picture it).
